Read the following cases. Describe the issues in each case, determine the issues, then clearly explain the differences between bilateral and unilateral contracts using the analysis from each of the cases. Provide one example of a bilateral contract and one example of a unilateral contract. Bilateral Contracts: Izadi v. Machado (Gus) Ford, Inc., 550 So. 2d 1135 (1989).
Unilateral Contracts:
Cook v. Coldwell Banker, 967 S.W. 2d 654 (1998).
