Write an alternative ending to the play and explain why you would change what happened.  This new ending option works best with endings in which you think the character(s) made a bad decision or where the author has done something unsatisfying for you as a reader.  Try to retain the voice and style of the author.  Preferably, this should not merely be an explanation of an alternative ending, but a real narrative that picks up at a specific place in the original.
