Hi, I have to write down CRITICAL reflection, 2000 words.
Here are instructions from the University:•A clear introduction, which explains the identification of the chosen reflective model and an exploration of its applicability
Critical Reflection ( 2,000 words)
•The student will be required to select a patient from their area of practice and complete a full physical assessment. One aspect of their clinical assessment on that patient should then be selected and, using a reflective framework and through the review of relevant literature, critically discussed in depth.
A full set of clinical notes must be included as an appendix for each reflection.
These must be submitted via TURNITIN.
They must contain a student number on each page, be double spaced and left justified.

All submitted work and clinical notes must be completely anonymised and not contain any details to link to a Trust, patient or clinicianThey give us examples how it should look like, I will upload it, so you can check it. I just need to pass, nothing else!
