“Demand for Settlement: [Client Name] v. [Defendant Name]”

Using your imagination and creativity, prepare the demand letter (settlement précis) for our client to the defendant following the directions attached below.  These instructions and a template to use for the letter are also found in D2L/Content/Demand Letters.  Rely on the documents found in the case file to assist you in drafting the demand letter.  I am attaching the instruction page, the fact patterns and other information to use and some examples of demand letters.
