Please read all 4 stories :The Lottery by Shirley Jackson, Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been (pdf) by Joyce Carol Oates, A Good Man Is Hard to Find (pdf) by Flannery O’Conner, & Ghetto University by Maurice Ruffin. The reflection must compare/contrast elements of all 4 of the stories. You should focus on character, setting, and point-of-view in particular. DO NOT RE-TELL THE PLOT. In addition to the comparison/contrast, you should also talk about at east one of the stories in terms of your own experience — a reader-response paragraph at least.
