This is your consulting firm’s first opportunity to offer the financial implications of everything you’ve suggested. Hopefully, you’ve taken my advice throughout the semester and, as you formulated your response, have been keeping some financial data on the various pieces of your suggestion.
This will include both the flight department financial implications and the airline travel financial implication. GRAPHICS ARE YOUR FRIEND. I’m not saying throw a bunch of fluff in there but cash flows and budgets are a good thing to have represented graphically. There will still be a justification piece but graphics help to keep it concise.
