Okay so I was working on this assignment and I have a midterm tomorrow. I am attaching the outline which has details on the assignment as well as an incomplete document which needs more material. Communications Part 1 is due. 1. Background and Context
• Current marketing communication goals, opportunities and challenges
• Business situation: Expanded SWOT analysis framework including critical
opportunities and critical threats
• Briefly explain all key stakeholders: (i.e. target segments, employees, channel
partners, donors, other stakeholders, etc.)
• Positioning of the organization and its products and/or services. Evaluate its
effectiveness. Construct positioning maps to help with this analysis.
• Competitive analysis. What opportunities or gaps exist?
• External marketing supplier structure: does the organization have any
advertising/digital agencies, suppliers, business partners, etc. that it works with? Go over this once.
