The purpose of this discussion is to discuss and apply concepts from the assigned readings in Module 2: Week 2. Reflect upon this reading as well as additional current research on managing conflict in teams. Write a post that addresses the distinction between functional and dysfunctional team conflict, key causes of conflict within teams and some of the primary strategies for managing team conflict. Integrate key scholarly sources, to include and expand upon the course materials. Include a reference list in current APA format.
