Discussion #2:  Modifications to a plan can always be challenging. Describe a situation where you had to modify scope, resources, or schedule and ran into problems.

Document the potential resource risks and any “missing risks” associated with the Class Project case study scenario.  In addition to the table, include a description of the method(s) you used to identify the “missing” risks.
