This paper is regarding a strike that happened, at my university York University. This is my second strike, as the first strike was back in 2018 and it really turned my world upside down as I had never been through a strike and did not know how to handle it. I ended up dropping my courses and had to basically start all over again the following semester. So when this strike happen on my final year I was stressed but then was brought to a calmer state after the professor reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. This reflection should also talk about everything else that is on the instructions that I have uploaded on here. I have lecture notes uploaded here to along side lecture PowerPoint to give you something to go off.
