Exploring the Theme of Love in Two Poems: A Comparative Analysis

Before you write this essay, study some of the model student essays in our anthology. Copy the MLA format of those essays (not the content) when writing your essay, noticing how the heading and page numbers are done, as well as the title, the Works Cited page, and the use of quotations. Please notice that the short quotations are presented differently than the long quotations. (Any comments you see in the margins, of course, are not part of the essay, just explanations for you to understand the structure of essay.)
In this essay, I want you to include at least one source from the internet related to the theme you have chosen, such as love, marriage, nature, beauty, memory, death, social justice, oppression, or another theme of your choice. Relate that article to your discussion of that theme in the two poems. Be sure to list the two poets’ names and titles of the poems in your Works Cited list, as well as the article on the theme you are discussing.
