ratification of the 13th Amendment. Unfortunately for 
Blacks, their experience does not support the historical 
record. You are being charged with viewing the 
documentary Slavery by Another Name and answering 
the following question in a two page essay
Did U.S. chattel slavery end with the conclusion of the
