Possible essays are listed below, under section marked Schedule. Heading: your name (Last, First), question number, and full title of essay. Essay: several paragraphs; altogether at least 3 pages of essay text, not counting headings, etc..
Figures and graphs: not required, but you may add these in additional page(s); must refer to these figures in your text.
Structure: carefully plan the sequence of topics — do not jump back-and-forth between them. Minimize broad, general statements. Don’t stray too far from the central issue — essay needs relevant, precise facts and details. Proof-read: review the essay carefully before submitting it; check for spelling, repetitious statements and contradictions.
Collaboration: you may get together with other students (via some common software links) to discuss essay topics – some students may want to organize a “chat” group with other students. Your essay must be organized and written in your own words.
