Read the article below and use your empathic skills to put yourself in the place of a counseling student or 
early career counselors working in this setting. Think about the most effective actions you might take and why, trying to balance ethical responsibilities while also being mindful of working as part of a team and the larger context. You will not be graded on your heroics or your social justice bona fides, but I am looking for an authentic account of your thoughts, worries, who you might consult, when, why, and how you might take certain steps, or not. Please note if there is a discrepancy between what you think you should do and what you think you might actually do, and why.
