In this assignment, students will create 2 presentations in annotated outline form. Each might be 1-2 pages in length.
The purpose of this assignment if for students to demonstrate sensitivity and attention to two different audiences, one secular and the other faith-based.
Instructions
Students are to imagine conducting a 1-hour presentation on “sexual identity” to these groups:
1. Public high school teachers who are dealing with an increasingly divergent population of students.
2. A convocation of ministers in your church’s denomination who are dealing with an increasingly divergent population of parishioners.
On a Word document, provide an annotated outline for each presentation. Support your research and assertions. You may use our course materials and other credible research resources. A good outline will include at least 3 resources (with corresponding citations).
