“Preventing Flooding in Asbury, NJ and Jones Beach, Long Island: A Frictional Approach through Artificial Lakes and Fish Stocking”

The Project consist in focusing in how to prevent flooding. It has to be frictional but possible and based on the real world. Example: Building an artificial lake stocked with fish that can be caught by fishing. Resources MUST be primary and secondary literature like: journal, articles, conference papers, bibliographies, review articles. Do not use Tertiary source like Textbooks, encyclopedias,guides,hand books. The locations you should be focusing on is Asbury, NJ and Jones Beach, Long Island. I attached some files for ideas. Pictures must be included and cited.
