Describe how you would conduct an effective and legally defensible job
analysis for a key healthcare management position. Include the rationale for
each element you include.

Describe a recruitment strategy utilized in your organization. Include
the advantages of this strategy. What U.S. employment laws apply to this
strategy? Why?

Based on your experience, what HR issues are most important to the
healthcare industry? Why?
Question 6: Chapter 20-22 in Textbook
Consider you were the HR Director for your organization, what
improvements would you recommend be applied to improve the organization’s
ability to achieve it’s mission? Why?
