“Tracking and Evaluating Progress towards a Kinesiology Goal: An Excel Spreadsheet Analysis”

For the final project you will formulate a goal related to Kinseology and track and evaluate your progress on an excel spreadsheet. You must have at least two “construct”(process goals) that you are measuring at least weekly as well as your outcome goal.
