Submit a word document describing three possible project ideas along with possible data sources for each of the three proposed projects. Indicate whether you would collect primary data or use secondary data from a published source. Be sure to think the projects through carefully as you will be choosing from your three ideas in week 4. If you are proposing to collect data from a secondary source, be sure that data is available. If you are going to collect data, such as a survey, you need to review the IRB information provided.
