“Leading with Confidence: Reflections on a Staff Meeting in my Practicum”

The first assignment is to show us
how you are a leader. I want to see
what you did and how you handled certain situations. You can reflect on this too- how did it feel, was it 
challenging? I will be looking for 
detail about your interactions. 
For this task, you will be required to lead one interaction in your                practicum. This is a staff meeting.
