This long term plan will include sample daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
The long term will/could cover 3 month to 6 months
The short term weekly should cover weekly items. If you are coaching, teaching, working in athletic administration, include 2 or 3 weeks, to cover preseason – in season-post season.
Daily should have practice/game day activities…
This will have performance based objectives, goals, penalties, etc.
