Title: Correcting Areas of Concern in a Qualitative Piece: A Guide to Citations, Formatting, and References

Please correct the areas of concerns. PLease note that this is qualitative piece. Also focus      on: 
You lack a large number of needed citations. Any place you refer to either someone else’s work, or to the results of such work, you need to provide a citation to the work you are talking about.  Any place you are referring to knowledge gained from another person, you need to cite that person. When you name other authors as doing work, you need to cite that work.
You have formatting issues – refer to the mandated formatting for tables and figures in the capstone guide.
When you include tables and figures, you need to reference them in your text and discuss them – every time.
You need to make sure your references are complete, and in the required format – see the capstone guide
