Personal Reflection Overview
The purpose of these assignments is to use journaling as a method to examine personal experience as it relates to being a student of integrative mental health. Reflective journaling allows you to review your own experiences, explore vulnerable areas, analyze your actions, thoughts, feelings, questions and discover learning needs.
