Objective and Purpose: The theories and concepts studied in this course are most beneficial when
applied to real-life experiences. The diagnostic paper aims to provide you with a practical lens to view
your life through the principles of organizational behavior.
Task Description: In this assignment, reflect on an organizational issue you’ve encountered in the past.
The term “organizational” is broad – you can choose an experience from a summer job, sports team,
school group, or any scenario where collaboration was essential. Select a problem, describe, and
diagnose it using course concepts, outline the contributing factors, and discuss how applying these
concepts could have led to a more effective resolution.
